Kaymak is a thick clotted cream that collects on the surface of full-fat milk when it is heated slowly and left to rest. It is eaten with honey at breakfast and served with desserts. The variety made from buffalo milk is the richest and most prized.
Where It’s Used
“Drizzle honey over the clotted cream on warm bread and serve it for breakfast.”
