Tandir Bread

Tandir bread is a flatbread baked by pressing the dough against the hot wall of a traditional earthen oven called a tandir. The tandir’s intense heat gives the bread a slightly smoky flavor and a crisp crust. It is traditionally made in Anatolia and Central Asia.
