Breakfast dishes
These crackers are made by combining oat flour and whole-wheat flour with sesame seeds, rolling the dough thin, and cooking it in an air fryer. They add a crispy whole-grain side to breakfast, and the air fryer cooks them faster than a conventional oven.
Mix the oat flour, whole-wheat flour, salt, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the olive oil and water and knead until a firm dough forms.
Roll the dough 2 millimeters thick between two sheets of parchment paper. Cut it into small squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
Arrange the cut squares in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C / 355°F for 5 minutes, checking occasionally, until crisp. If you do not have an air fryer, bake them for the same time in an oven preheated to 180°C / 355°F.
Do not crowd the crackers in the air fryer basket; they will not crisp evenly if there is no space between them. Allergens: wheat (gluten) and sesame.
