These crispy bites are made with boiled broccoli mixed with kashar and Parmesan cheeses, coated in breadcrumbs and baked. They are a colorful snack option for kids who do not usually like vegetables.
Boil and drain the broccoli, then chop it finely and squeeze out excess water by hand.
Mix the chopped broccoli with the kashar cheese, Parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder and salt until the mixture can be shaped.
Take walnut-sized portions of the mixture and roll them in breadcrumbs; it should make about 14–16 balls.
Bake the bites in a preheated oven, turning them once, until golden on all sides.
Important: Drain the broccoli thoroughly after boiling and, if possible, squeeze out excess water by hand. Otherwise, the mixture may be too wet and the balls may fall apart. Allergens: contains dairy, egg and gluten.
