A no-cook autumn salad pairing fresh figs with goat cheese, walnuts and arugula. Its balance of sweet and savory flavors, finished with a honey dressing, makes it stand out at a gathering.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the arugula

3 min

Wash and drain the arugula, then spread it over a large serving plate to create a fresh-looking base for the salad.

2

Slice the figs

4 min

Quarter the fresh figs and arrange them over the arugula. Do this close to serving so the cut surfaces are exposed to the air for less time.

3

Finish with the cheese and walnuts

5 min

Scatter the crumbled goat cheese and roughly chopped walnuts over the figs. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, honey and lemon juice, then serve.

Reminder

Slice the figs just before serving; if left to stand, the cut surfaces will darken and look less appealing. Do not add too much honey, as the figs are already quite sweet. Allergens: contains tree nuts (walnuts) and dairy (goat cheese).

Fırın sıcaklığını yanlış ayarlamışım, alt kısmı fazla kızardı. Karıştırırken fazla çırpmışım, dokusu sertleşti. Ocaktan erken aldım, içi tam pişmemiş.
