Maple chicken wings are a sweet-and-savory Canadian breakfast dish made by marinating the wings in soy sauce and maple syrup, then baking them until caramelized. The syrup can burn, so watch the wings closely during the final minutes.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Marinate the wings

30 min

Toss the chicken wings with the maple syrup, soy sauce, and crushed garlic. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2

Bake

25 min

Bake the wings in an oven preheated to 200°C / 390°F for 25 minutes.

3

Caramelize

5 min

Watch closely during the final 5 minutes and cook until the wings have a glossy glaze.

Reminder

Marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes so the flavor has time to penetrate. Watch the oven closely during the final 5 minutes, as the syrup can burn quickly. Allergen: contains soy (soy sauce). Check the soy sauce label for gluten, as ingredients may vary by brand.

Kanatları tarifte yazan 30 dakika pişirdikten sonra içi hâlâ pembe kaldı, acaba fırın sıcaklığını 200 dereceden daha mı yükseltmeliyim, yoksa süreyi birkaç dakika daha mı uzatmam gerekiyor?
