Whisk the flour, milk, egg, sugar, and salt into a thin batter.
Pour a thin layer of batter into a lightly oiled skillet and cook over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side.
Mix the farmer cheese, sugar, and egg yolk.
Spoon some filling into each crepe and fold it. Fry in butter over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, until lightly golden on both sides.
Serve hot with sour cream or jam.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 2 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
