Ground lamb is mixed with harissa, cumin, and fresh cilantro, shaped into small meatballs, and air-fried to make these boldly spiced Tunisian lamb meatballs.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Mix the Meat

12 min

Thoroughly mix the ground lamb with the harissa, cumin, cilantro, grated onion, and egg.

2

Shape the Meatballs

8 min

Pinch off small portions of the mixture and shape them firmly by hand so the meatballs hold together.

3

Air-Fry the Meatballs

12 min

Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C / 390°F for 12 minutes. If you do not have an air fryer, bake them in a preheated oven at the same temperature for 18 minutes.

Reminder

Lightly wet your hands when shaping the meatballs to keep the mixture from sticking. Allergen: contains egg.
