No — membership is completely free. You can use recipe search, your kitchen notebook, collections, and all community features for free. Only the Pro plan and Creator Membership are paid.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your registered email address. A reset link will arrive within a few minutes; if it doesn't, check your spam folder.

You can update your name, bio, and avatar from the My Account page. Your notification and privacy preferences are also managed from the same screen.

You can submit a permanent deletion request via My Account > Settings. After the request, a 14-day grace period applies; your personal data is fully removed in accordance with KVKK (Turkish data protection law).

Use the heart/save icon on the recipe card to add the recipe to your kitchen notebook; there you can sort recipes into collections and mark them as "Tried It."

When you mark a recipe as tried in the kitchen, it collects in a separate tab on your profile and contributes to your community score (badge/tier progress).

You can share your rating and experience from the comment section on the recipe detail page. Comments go through a moderation queue before being published; this is usually resolved quickly.

You earn points by trying recipes, commenting, and contributing to the community; as you pass point thresholds, you climb the tier ladder from Apprentice up to Legendary Chef. You can track your progress on the My Badges page.

This is a membership type that lets content-creating chefs offer a paid plan exclusive to their own followers — you set your own price and content benefits.

From the "Become a Creator" screen, you set your plan name, monthly price, and membership benefits, then submit your application. The first publication goes through admin approval.

The verification badge is granted by the admin team; the consistency of your profile and content is evaluated. Verified chefs are featured in the chef directory.

Every comment goes through the moderation team before being published — this is how spam and inappropriate content are prevented. Approved comments become visible shortly after.

On the My Badges page, you can see the badges you've earned, your progress, and your current tier.

This is our content library made up of recipe videos, technical demonstrations, and video series; some videos are exclusive to Pro membership.
