1. Purpose and Scope
This Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy ("Policy") has been prepared by DadaGastro Media and Internet Services Inc. ("Company") in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and related legislation, in order to establish the procedures and principles regarding the processing, storage, transfer, and destruction of personal data.
The Policy covers all personal data belonging to our members, visitors, and business partners that is processed by automatic or partially automatic means.

The Company processes the following data categories in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Identity and contact data — for creating a membership, managing the account, and responding to support requests.
- Transaction security data (IP, session logs) — for obligations under Law No. 5651 and for platform security purposes.
4. Transfer of Data
Personal data may be transferred, within the framework of legal obligations, to authorized public institutions, and to the extent necessary for the performance of the service, to shipping, payment institutions, and hosting service providers in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Transfers abroad are made only with safeguards compliant with Board decisions.
5. Storage and Destruction
Personal data is stored for the period required by the purpose of processing and the maximum periods stipulated by the relevant legislation; at the end of this period, it is deleted, disposed of, or anonymized during periodic destruction cycles.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to demand compensation for damages. You may submit your requests in writing to kurumsal@dadagastro.com or to our registered office address. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
