Marinate the beef
15 minCombine the cubed beef with the ginger, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
These air-fryer ginger beef bites are made by cooking marinated beef cubes with very little oil. The sugar-free marinade is described as suitable for a diabetes-friendly, low-calorie snack.
Combine the cubed beef with the ginger, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Arrange the marinated beef in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook at 200°C / 390°F for 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally. If you do not have an air fryer, cook the beef in a preheated 200°C / 390°F oven on the broil setting for 20 minutes.
Transfer the cooked beef to a warm serving plate and, if desired, sprinkle with an extra pinch of black pepper.
Marinate the beef in the refrigerator; leaving it at room temperature can be unsafe. Do not overcrowd the air-fryer basket or the beef will steam instead of browning. This recipe contains no common allergens.
