This flour-free snack comes together in minutes by mixing ground almonds, grated coconut and coconut oil and shaping the mixture into small balls. Since they contain no dairy and can be stored in the freezer, they are handy to prepare ahead and keep on hand.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Mix the dry ingredients

3 min

In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, grated coconut, cinnamon and salt.

2

Knead

5 min

Add the melted coconut oil and erythritol, then knead for 5 minutes until you have a sticky mixture.

3

Shape the balls

5 min

Take small pieces of the mixture and roll them between your palms to form balls.

Reminder

If the balls stick to your hands, lightly wet your palms; coconut oil can become sticky as it softens with warmth. They can be stored in the refrigerator for one week or in the freezer for months. Allergen: contains nuts (almonds).
