Toss the beef heart slices with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Thread the beef heart slices onto skewers.
Grill the skewers over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
Serve hot with boiled potatoes and corn.
Refrigerate the marinated raw meat for 1 day or freeze it for 2 months. Store cooked skewers in the refrigerator for 2 days.
