This mash combines Jamaica's tropical bananas and pineapple and takes just a few minutes, with no cooking required. Because pineapple is acidic, it is generally recommended for babies aged 8 months and over.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Chop the fruit

5 min

Peel the banana and pineapple and cut into cubes.

2

Blend

4 min

Blend the chopped fruit with the water until smooth.

3

Check the consistency and serve

1 min

Check the consistency of the purée. Add a few more drops of water if needed, mix and serve immediately.

Reminder

Pineapple's acidity may cause sensitivity in some babies. Start with a small amount the first time.
