Boil the chestnuts in plenty of water until tender.
Peel the chestnuts while they are still hot.
Mash or blend the peeled chestnuts with the milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Divide the puree among bowls, top with whipped cream and serve.
Allergen: contains milk and dairy products (whipped cream). Important: Peel the chestnuts while they are still hot after boiling; once cool, the shells harden and are harder to remove.
