A protein-rich baby puree made with chicken and vegetables. It is a filling, nourishing main meal option for babies beginning to eat meat from the tenth month of age.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Boil the ingredients

25 min

Put the chicken breast, carrot, potato, and zucchini in a saucepan and add the water. Simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes, until the chicken and vegetables are fully tender.

2

Blend the ingredients

5 min

Blend the cooked ingredients with some of the cooking liquid. Make sure the chicken is fully cooked. The puree should be smooth and have a consistency suitable for the baby.

3

Cool slightly and serve

3 min

Transfer the puree to a bowl and serve it to your baby once lukewarm.

Reminder

Important: Do not add salt or spices to baby food. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Introduce new foods one at a time, follow the 3-day rule, and watch for signs of an allergic reaction. Consult your child’s pediatrician about their feeding routine.
