Coat the fish strips first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Arrange them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated 200°C / 390°F oven for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown on the outside.
Let the fish sticks rest for a few minutes after baking, then serve warm with yogurt sauce or ketchup.
Important: Check the fish fillets carefully for pin bones and remove any you find. Allergens: contains fish, egg, and gluten (breadcrumbs). Breaded fish sticks can be frozen uncooked for up to 1 month. Cook them from frozen without thawing, adding a few minutes to the cooking time.
