Mini pizzas made with Turkish flatbread and melting cheese. This easy recipe lets kids help with cooking and is a quick fix for sudden hunger.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the bases

5 min

Cut the flatbreads into 2 pieces each and arrange them on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each piece.

2

Add the toppings

5 min

Scatter the grated melting cheese and optional corn over the bases, then sprinkle with thyme.

3

Bake

12 min

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C / 390°F for about 12 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges are browned. Serve hot.

Reminder

Spread the tomato sauce thinly to keep the base from getting soggy. Contains gluten (flatbread) and dairy (cheese). If adding packaged sausage, check the product label for ingredients and cross-contact warnings. Serve hot.
