How to make it?

Soak the bread

Soak the stale bread slices in vinegar for 5 minutes. Squeeze them by hand, then crumble them.

Mix the meat mixture

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the ground meat, crumbled bread, grated onion, egg, grated coconut, cumin, grated coconut, salt, and black pepper.

Chill and shape

15 min

Chill the mixture for 15 minutes, then firmly shape it by hand into round meatballs.

Grill

Grill the meatballs over high heat for 20 minutes, turning them until browned on all sides.

Reminder

Chill the mixture before putting it on the grill; otherwise, the meatballs may fall apart. Contains gluten (bread), egg, and tree nuts (coconut).

Tarifte 20 dakika ızgara yazıyor, benim mangalım daha güçlü közlendiği için 15 dakikada dışı fazla koyulaşmaya başladı, içi ise hâlâ tam pişmemişti. Ateşin gücüne göre süreyi kontrol etmek gerçekten gerekiyor.
