Grilled turbot is a simple preparation of a firm-fleshed fish that holds together on the grill, seasoned with just olive oil, lemon, and a little salt. The recipe avoids heavy sauces to let the fish’s own flavor stand out.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Marinate the fish

10 min

Toss the turbot fillets with the olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, and salt. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

2

Prepare the grill

3 min

Heat the grill grates thoroughly and oil them with one extra spoonful of olive oil.

3

Grill the fish

12 min

Grill the marinated fillets for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until the flesh flakes easily.

Reminder

Be sure to oil the grill grates before adding the fish. The skin can stick to ungreased grates and break apart when you turn it. Contains fish.

Zeytinyağı ve limonun sadeliği balığın kendi lezzetini gerçekten öne çıkardı, ailem çok beğendi.
