A filling, protein-rich puree made with lean ground beef, zucchini and carrots. It is intended as a nourishing main meal for babies beginning complementary feeding with red meat from the twelfth month onward.
How to make it?
Add the chopped zucchini and carrot and cook together until the vegetables are soft.
Blend with some of the cooking water until smooth.
Reminder
Do not add salt or spices to baby food. Make sure the ground beef is thoroughly cooked. Introduce new foods one at a time and watch for signs of an allergic reaction; consult your pediatrician about your child’s diet. Serve the puree the same day or portion it and freeze it.
