These bite-sized egg cubes are made by mixing beaten eggs with spinach and dried tomatoes, then baking in mini molds. With no dairy products, they suit a lactose-free diet. Freeze them individually and reheat when needed for party platters or packed meals.

How to make it?

Prepare the mixture

Beat the eggs and mix with the chopped spinach, dried tomatoes, salt and black pepper.

Fill the molds

Divide the mixture evenly between mini muffin molds greased with olive oil.

Bake

12 min

Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C / 320°F for 12 minutes, until the egg bites are cooked through and slightly puffed.

Reminder

Grease the molds thoroughly, or the egg bites may break when you take them out. Allergens: contains eggs.

Fırında 12 dakika pişirdikten sonra ortası hâlâ hafif akışkan kaldı, kalıp boyutuna göre süreyi uzatmam mı gerekiyor yoksa fırın sıcaklığını mı artırmalıyım, yoksa kalıpları değiştirmem mi lazım?
