A traditional summer dessert pairing melon slices with kaymak (Turkish clotted cream), honey and pistachios, made without a cooktop or oven. It is ready in minutes for a late-night treat or a snack between meals.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Slice the melon

10 min

Remove the melon's skin and seeds and cut into thick slices.

2

Shape the kaymak

5 min

Use a spoon to shape the clotted cream into small balls and place on a plate.

3

Arrange on the plate

5 min

Place the melon slices beside the cream.

4

Finish with honey and pistachios

5 min

Drizzle the honey over the cream, sprinkle with pistachios and serve immediately.

Reminder

Slice the melon just before serving. If cut in advance and left to stand, it will release juice and become watery. Allergens: contains milk and dairy products (clotted cream), and tree nuts (pistachios).
