This mango puree has a smooth texture and natural sweetness. Mango is a tropical fruit rich in vitamin C, offering a new flavor to babies beginning complementary feeding from the sixth month onward.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

5 min

Wash and peel the mango. Cut the flesh away from the pit and dice it.

2

3 min

Blend the diced mango until smooth. If the puree is too thick, add water a little at a time.

Reminder

Do not add sugar to baby food; the mango is naturally sweet. When introducing a new food, follow the 3-day rule and watch for signs of an allergic reaction. Consult your child’s pediatrician about their diet. Serve the puree fresh, or refrigerate it for no more than 24 hours.

Baharat miktarı bana ağır geldi, biraz azaltılabilir. Bu tarifin klasik versiyonunu farklı biliyordum, yine de denemek güzeldi.
