Remove the rind and seeds from the melon, then cut the flesh into small pieces.
Baby food recipes
A no-cook, calcium-rich baby puree made by mashing ripe melon and strained cheese. From the eighth month onward, it is a refreshing snack for babies whose diets are beginning to include a wider variety of dairy foods.
How to make it?
Mash the melon pieces with the strained cheese using a fork until smooth.
Reminder
Important: Do not add sugar to baby food; the melon is naturally sweet enough. If dairy is new to the baby, offer it on its own and watch for signs of an allergic reaction. Consult your child’s doctor about their diet. Prepare the puree fresh and serve it right away. Allergen: contains milk and dairy products. Check product labels for other allergens in packaged ingredients.
