Cut ready-made pizza dough into small circles and top with tomato sauce, kashar cheese (Turkish semi-hard cheese) and colorful vegetables for mini pizzas that bake quickly. They are a practical option for party tables and everyday snacks alike.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Cut the dough

10 min

Use the rim of a glass or a round cutter to cut the ready-made pizza dough into circles about 8 cm across. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the circles with space between them.

2

Spread with sauce

5 min

Spread a little tomato sauce over each circle of dough, keeping it away from the edges. Sprinkle with thyme.

3

Add the toppings

5 min

Divide the kashar cheese, mushrooms, green peppers and olives between the pizzas. Finish with a thin drizzle of olive oil.

4

Bake in the oven

15 min

Bake in a preheated oven until the edges are golden and the cheese has melted. Take care: the oven is very hot, so watch closely; they can burn in a few minutes.

Reminder

Important: leave enough space between the dough circles so they do not stick together as they bake. Use only a little sauce and topping; too much can leave the centers raw. Allergens: contains gluten and dairy products.

İlk defa yaptığım halde hiç zorlanmadım, adımlar çok netti. Annemin yıllardır yaptığı tarife çok benziyor, nostaljik oldu. Malzemeleri tarttım, ölçüler tam tuttu.
