Small pizza crusts made with flour, dry yeast, and olive oil become a fun make-your-own pizza station when tomato sauce, mozzarella, sausage, and mushrooms are served in separate bowls. This interactive setup is ideal for birthdays and home parties.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Knead and Proof the Dough

75 min

Mix the dry yeast dissolved in warm water with the flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead, then let rise in a warm place for 75 minutes, until doubled in size.

2

Shape the Mini Crusts

15 min

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each into a small round crust.

3

Set Up the Topping Station

5 min

Place the tomato sauce, mozzarella, sliced sausage, and mushrooms in separate bowls on the table. Let everyone assemble their own pizza.

4

Bake

10 min

Bake the prepared crusts in a preheated 220°C / 430°F oven for 10 minutes, until the edges are golden.

Reminder

Set out 1 small spoon for every bowl at the topping station so guests can serve themselves without handling the toppings. Contains wheat (gluten) and dairy.
