These no-bake oat balls come together in minutes by mixing rolled oats, nut butter, and honey. They make a filling snack that can be packed in a lunchbox and meets children's energy needs between school meals.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Mix the ingredients

5 min

In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, nut butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt until sticky.

2

Mix and shape the balls

10 min

Take palm-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, dividing it to make 12 balls in total.

3

Chill in the refrigerator

20 min

Arrange the balls on a tray and refrigerate until the honey firms up and they hold their shape.

Reminder

Allergens: contains peanuts and tree nuts; do not serve to children with peanut allergies. Important: If the mixture sticks to your hands, dampen your hands slightly to make shaping easier. Store the balls in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Check the product label for gluten in the oats; contents can vary by product.
