Fruit recipes
This naturally sweet Jordanian dessert combines orange segments, pomegranate seeds, fresh mint, and orange blossom water. Removing the orange membranes cleanly takes a bit of knife work.

Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds in a bowl of water.
Arrange the orange segments on a plate. Drizzle with the pomegranate seeds, reserved orange juice, orange blossom water, and olive oil.
Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves and cinnamon, then serve immediately.
Add the orange blossom water at the last minute and use only a small amount. Its aroma fades if added too early, and too much can taste soapy.
