A Portuguese favorite, pastéis de bacalhau are made by mixing soaked cod with boiled potatoes and shaping the mixture into croquettes. Served as an appetizer at celebrations, they stay tasty even when cool.

Prepare the fish

Boil the desalted cod and flake it.

Reminder
