Fill the pressure cooker
3 minPut the corn cobs and water in the pressure cooker.
A classic at Ukrainian summer picnics, corn on the cob softens in minutes in a pressure cooker before being tossed with butter and ground red pepper. Wrapping it in foil helps it stay warm outdoors.
Put the corn cobs and water in the pressure cooker.
Close the lid and cook for 6 minutes once the cooker reaches pressure.
Release the pressure and drain the corn. Toss with the melted butter, salt and ground red pepper.
Wrap in foil and pack in your picnic bag.
Drain the corn well before wrapping it in foil, or water will collect inside and dilute the buttery coating. Allergens: contains milk and dairy products (butter).
