Arrange the Eggs
3 minArrange the eggs in the pressure cooker’s steamer basket and add the water to the pot.
Pressure-cooker steamed eggs are a quick breakfast made by steaming eggs with a little water in a pressure cooker. One advantage of the pressure cooker is that the shells peel off easily.
Arrange the eggs in the pressure cooker’s steamer basket and add the water to the pot.
Close the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes.
After slowly releasing the pressure, transfer the eggs to cold water and peel them. Serve with salt and black pepper.
Add enough water to just cover the bottom of the pot; too much water lengthens the cooking time. Do not release the pressure suddenly, or the eggs may crack. Allergen: contains eggs.
