A Russian classic, pryaniki are kneaded with honey and spices. This version is cooked in an air fryer and finished with a lemon-sugar glaze. Ginger, cinnamon, and cloves lend warm flavors that pair well with tea.
Whisk the honey, melted butter, egg, and spices (ginger, cinnamon, and cloves) in a bowl. Add the baking soda and flour, then knead into a soft dough.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes.
Shape the dough into small balls, flatten them slightly, and arrange them in the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 170°C / 340°F and cook for 12 minutes. If you do not have an air fryer, bake in a preheated 170°C / 340°F oven on the middle rack for 12–14 minutes.
Mix the confectioners’ sugar with the lemon juice and drizzle it over the warm cookies.
Let the dough rest before shaping it; cold dough may stick to the air fryer basket. Contains wheat (gluten), dairy, and egg.
İlk denememde hamuru dinlendirmeden şekillendirdim ve airfryer sepetine yapıştı, ikinci seferde 20 dakika buzdolabında bekletince sorun kalmadı; sepeti biraz daha bol yağlamak da yapışmayı önlemeye yardımcı oldu.
