A light, tart, and spicy favorite at Turkish taverns, this salad combines pomegranate seeds with olive oil, pomegranate molasses, and red pepper flakes, then tops them with crushed walnuts. It pairs beautifully with seafood.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Remove the Pomegranate Seeds

8 min

Cut the pomegranate in half and separate the seeds in a bowl of water, removing the membranes.

2

Make the Dressing

2 min

Whisk the olive oil, pomegranate molasses, red pepper flakes, and salt with a fork.

3

Toss and Serve

3 min

Mix the pomegranate seeds with the crushed walnuts and parsley. Drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately.

Reminder

Work over a bowl of water while removing the seeds from the pomegranate to avoid staining your hands and make separating the seeds easier. Allergen: Contains tree nuts (walnuts).
