Strawberry yogurt bark is a no-cook snack made by layering yogurt with honey and mashed strawberries on a wide tray and freezing it. Once frozen, it can be broken or sliced and stored, then served straight from the freezer as needed.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

5 min

Mix the strained yogurt with the honey.

2

Spread and Swirl

10 min

Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a wide tray lined with parchment paper. Dot the mashed strawberries over the top, then use a toothpick to drag through them and create a pattern. Sprinkle with granola.

3

Freeze

180 min

Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours. Break or slice to serve.

Reminder

Do not spread the yogurt layer too thickly, or it will take longer to freeze and may crumble when broken. To swirl in the strawberry puree, drag a toothpick through it; otherwise, the layers may blend into one color. Allergen: contains milk and dairy (yogurt). Additional allergen check: check the product label for gluten in the granola. Ingredients may vary by product.

Yoğurt tabakasını tarifte önerildiğinden biraz kalın yaydım, 3 saat yerine 5 saat beklemem gerekti ve kırarken bazı parçalar dağıldı; ince yaymanın gerçekten önemi varmış, ikinci denemede sorun kalmadı.
