Grated zucchini, carrot, and ground chicken are mixed with egg, shaped into finger-length meatballs, and baked. This dairy-free recipe makes a convenient, easy-to-hold baby snack for a picnic or lunchbox.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the mixture

10 min

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the ground chicken with the grated zucchini, carrot, egg, and breadcrumbs.

2

Shape the meatballs

10 min

Shape the mixture into finger-length meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.

3

Bake

20 min

Bake the meatballs in an oven preheated to 190°C / 375°F for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.

Reminder

Be sure to squeeze the moisture thoroughly from the zucchini when shaping the meatballs; otherwise, the mixture may fall apart and spread on the baking sheet. Allergens: contains gluten (breadcrumbs) and egg.

Tarifte dusuk karbonhidratlı deniyor ama galeta unu eklenince tam ketojenik sayılmaz bence, sadece hafif düşük karbonhidratlı diyebilirim. Yine de bebeğim köfteleri elleriyle tutup severek yedi.
