Lightly sauté the finely chopped onion, then cut the hard-boiled eggs into small cubes.
Place some of the onion and egg mixture in the center of each beef layer. Roll each one up tightly and seal the ends.
Fry the rolls in oil for 12 minutes, turning them until browned on all sides.
If freezing the rolls before frying, place them directly into a cold pan without thawing and add 5 minutes to the cooking time. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten) and eggs.
