This puree uses leftover chicken broth from a previous meal with zucchini and peas. It contains no nuts and is low in calories, and may be one of the first foods a baby tries. This practical recipe takes less than 25 minutes to prepare.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Boil the Vegetables

12 min

Add the chopped zucchini and peas to the leftover chicken broth and boil for 12 minutes, until tender.

2

Drain and Mash

5 min

Drain the vegetables and transfer them to a bowl. Mash with a blender or fork until smooth, adding a few spoonfuls of the cooking liquid if needed to adjust the consistency.

3

Add the Olive Oil

3 min

Drizzle the olive oil over the cooled puree and stir.

Reminder

Make sure the pea skins are completely soft; otherwise, the puree may remain lumpy and bother your baby.

Bezelyeyi donmuş halde kullansam haşlama süresini uzatmam gerekir mi, yoksa aynı sürede mi yumuşar? Elimde taze bezelye yok da ondan soruyorum, ilk defa bebeğime kendi mamamı hazırlayacağım.
