A simple favorite for Lebanese mezze spreads, this recipe turns leftover lavash bread into crisp chips in the air fryer with olive oil and cumin. With no added sweetener, this crunchy snack comes together quickly for a crowd.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the Lavash

5 min

Cut the leftover lavash into triangles.

2

Season the Pieces

5 min

Toss the pieces with the olive oil, cumin, and salt.

3

Air-Fry Until Crisp

12 min

Arrange the pieces in a single layer in the air-fryer basket and air-fry at medium heat for 12 minutes, until crisp.

Reminder

Do not pile the pieces on top of one another in the air-fryer basket, or some may not crisp properly. Allergen: contains gluten (bread).
