Inspired by Ireland’s love of oats, these cookies are made by combining a buttery dough with oats and grated apple, then baking it. Cinnamon adds flavor to this quick sweet snack.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the ingredients

10 min

Beat the butter and sugar until pale, then add the egg and mix.

2

Combine the dough

8 min

Add the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt and mix. Add the grated apple and knead to combine.

3

Shape and bake

12 min

Pinch off round pieces of dough and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C / 355°F for 12 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.

Reminder

After grating the apple, gently squeeze out excess juice; otherwise, the dough may be too wet and the cookies may spread as they bake. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), dairy, and egg.

Elmanın suyunu tarifte dediği gibi hafifçe sıktım ama yine de hamur biraz yumuşak kaldı, kurabiyeler tepside az yayıldı. Tadı gerçekten çok güzeldi, tarçın oranı tam kararındaydı.
