Inspired by Irish breakfasts, this parfait layers overnight-soaked oats with grated apple and yogurt in a jar. It requires no baking and makes an easy breakfast ready in the morning.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Soak the oats

480 min

Mix the rolled oats with the milk and cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, for at least 8 hours.

2

Build the layers

10 min

Spread the soaked oats in the bottom of a jar. Layer the yogurt on top, followed by the grated apple.

3

Drizzle with honey and serve

3 min

Drizzle honey over the top. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

Reminder

Remember to soak the oats the night before, or they will still be firm and difficult to chew in the morning. Allergen: Contains dairy (yogurt). Additional allergen check: Check the product label for a gluten statement for oats, as contents may vary by product.

Yulafı sadece 3 saat bekletip yaptım, sabah hâlâ sert ve çiğnemesi zordu; önerilen 8 saati es geçmek büyük hataydı, ikinci denemede tam bir gece bekleyince sonuç çok daha iyiydi.

Haklısınız, yulafın gerçekten yumuşaması için en az 8 saat gerekiyor; kısa süre bıraktığınızda tanecikli kalıyor. Akşamdan hazırlayıp sabah katmanları oluşturmanızı öneririm.
