This apricot frozen yogurt bowl is made by whipping strained yogurt with dried apricot puree and freezing it into a creamy dessert. Since getting a smooth texture without ice crystals takes care, stir the mixture regularly as it freezes.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the apricots

20 min

Soak the dried apricots in hot water for 20 minutes and drain. Blend them into a puree.

2

Make the mixture

5 min

Whip the strained yogurt with the apricot puree and honey.

3

Freeze

240 min

Pour the mixture into a wide container and freeze for 4 hours, stirring with a fork every hour.

4

Serve

10 min

Let it stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving, then sprinkle with walnuts.

Reminder

Stir the mixture with a fork every hour to prevent large ice crystals and a grainy texture. Let it stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving so it is soft enough to scoop. Allergen: contains dairy (yogurt).
