Chop the prepared artichoke hearts and add them to a pot with the rinsed bulgur.
A hearty, high-fiber baby soup made with artichoke hearts and bulgur. From the twelfth month onward, it is a nourishing main-meal option for babies who are expanding the variety of grains and vegetables they eat.
How to make it?
Add the water and simmer over low heat until the artichoke and bulgur are very soft.
Remove from the heat and blend until smooth. If the soup is too thick, thin it with boiled, lukewarm water.
Reminder
Important: Do not add salt or spices to baby food. Remove the artichoke’s tough outer leaves and fuzzy choke completely; use only the heart. Introduce new foods one at a time and watch for signs of an allergic reaction. Consult your child’s pediatrician about their feeding plan. Serve the soup the same day or divide it into portions and freeze. Allergen: The ingredient list contains wheat (gluten). Check packaged ingredient labels for other allergens.
