Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Cook until it no longer smells raw, then slowly add the warm milk, stirring until you have a smooth sauce.
Arrange the boiled cauliflower in a baking dish, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle with the kashar cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven until the top is browned. Important: Using the oven’s conventional top-and-bottom heat setting will brown it more evenly.
Important: Do not overcook the cauliflower while boiling; it should remain slightly firm because it will cook again in the oven. Allergens: contains milk and dairy, and wheat flour (gluten).
