A refined seasonal dessert of fresh figs, lightly baked and topped with honey, walnuts, and kaymak (Turkish clotted cream).
Trim the stems from the figs and make a shallow cross-shaped cut in the top of each one. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the honey over the figs and sprinkle with half of the chopped walnuts.
Bake in a preheated oven until the figs are tender and lightly caramelized.
Serve the warm figs with kaymak and the remaining walnuts. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
Allergens: contains walnuts (tree nuts) and milk (kaymak). Important: Do not overbake the figs; heat them until just warm and slightly tender. Longer baking can cause them to lose their shape.
