Fruit recipes
Pears baked with honey, walnuts and cinnamon make a warm, sophisticated fruit dessert. The natural sweetness of the softened pears combines with honey for an elegant finish to a meal with guests.
Halve the pears and scoop out the cores with a spoon to make a small hollow. Arrange cut-side up in a baking dish.
Drizzle honey into each hollow and divide the roughly chopped walnuts between them. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top each with a piece of butter. Add a few spoonfuls of water to the base of the dish.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C / 355°F until the pears are fork-tender and lightly caramelized on top. Serve hot.
Important: contains walnuts (nuts) and dairy products. Halve and core the pears to make space for the filling. Serve hot, with a spoonful of cream or yogurt if desired. Allergens: based on the ingredients, contains milk and dairy products and tree nuts. Check packaged product labels for other allergens.
