Pizza and Turkish flatbreads
This hearty Turkish breakfast flatbread is made by stretching the dough thin, topping it with slices of beef sucuk and eggs, then baking them together. Prepared with premium ingredients, it offers a satisfying alternative to a simple savory breakfast.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Knead with the flour and salt, then cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into a thin oval and arrange the beef sausage slices and Turkish semi-hard cheese on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C / 430°F for 10 minutes.
Remove the flatbread from the oven and crack the eggs over the top. Return it to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes, until the yolks are set to your liking.
Add the eggs during the final 5 minutes of baking; adding them earlier will cook the yolks through. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten) and egg.
