A soft baby puree made with broccoli, a source of vitamin C, and potato. A light, nourishing meal for babies from the eighth month onward.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Cook the potato

12 min

Boil the chopped potato in a little water for about 12 minutes, until tender.

2

Add the broccoli

5 min

Add the broccoli florets to the pot for the final 5 minutes and cook until tender.

3

Puree and serve

4 min

Blend the cooked ingredients with the olive oil. Adjust the consistency with boiled, lukewarm water and serve lukewarm.

Reminder

Important: Do not add salt to baby food. Separate the broccoli into florets and wash them thoroughly. Introduce new foods one at a time, follow the 3-day rule, and watch for signs of an allergic reaction. Consult your child’s pediatrician about their feeding routine. Use the puree on the same day.
