Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package directions. Before draining, reserve one 200 ml measure of the pasta cooking water.
Heat the olive oil in a wide skillet. Add the garlic and Turkish red pepper flakes and saute over low heat until lightly golden.
Add the drained pasta, broccoli, and reserved cooking water to the skillet. Add the lemon juice and toss so the sauce coats the pasta. Adjust the salt and serve hot.
Important: Do not overcook the broccoli; it will lose its color and crunch. Steaming it for 3–4 minutes is enough. No other allergens are listed, but wheat pasta contains gluten.
