Cooking whole-wheat pasta and vegetables together in a pressure cooker cuts down on dishwashing while keeping the calories low. The sauce uses little oil, making this a light option for late-night snacking too.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Sauté the vegetables

8 min

Sauté the onion in olive oil. Add the diced zucchini and carrot and sauté for another 5 minutes.

2

Add the pasta

3 min

Add the pasta, tomato sauce, water and salt and stir.

3

Pressure-cook

7 min

Close the pressure cooker lid and cook under pressure for 7 minutes, then release the pressure immediately.

4

Mix and serve

5 min

Open the lid and stir the pasta thoroughly. Leave to rest for 5 minutes and serve.

Reminder

Use less water for pressure-cooker pasta than for other recipes, or it may overflow under pressure. Allergens: contains gluten (whole-wheat pasta).

7 dakika basınçta pişirmek gerçekten yeterli, makarna ne lapa ne diri, tam kıvamında çıktı.
